Yeast is a living product. It must be stored at between 0-4°C in a well ventilated chiller. Freezing should be avoided.
Each carton contains 10 x 1kg blocks. Each block is wrapped in waxed paper. Each block and each carton are marked with a best before
date and batch reference code, so you can be sure of freshness. |
